Eben louw Attorneys realise that the most important focus of any family dispute is the child involved. We, therefore, work with the best interests of the child in mind: to have as much “parenting time” with both parents as possible.
In cases where joint custody is not awarded, one parent can be given contact rights. This is given to the noncustodial parent (with whom the child does not live) who still would like a relationship with the child concerned. We aim to do this with as little conflict and in as sensitive a way as possible, as these decisions can often be made in highly emotionally pressured situations. We work hard to ensure both parties are satisfied with the visitation schedule, and that everything is handled professionally and efficiently. While mediation is the best solution, should you need to go to court, we will be there to defend you and your child’s best interests.
